As the temperature rises over the next couple days, you can call 311 to locate a cooling center near you or request a wellbeing check for someone who may be suffering from the heat. Hours extended Thurs & Fri at the 6 designated cooling centers due to the extreme heat predicted.

We have to stop allowing the majority that show up to community meetings to shout down affordable housing projects in Chicago.
