Explorer Dwayne Fields has been announced as the new Chief Scout, taking over from Bear Grylls who resigned after 15 years. Dwayne is the first Black British person to reach the North Pole.

76 Scouts and Explorers took part in the Chichester District Junior Downsmen Compteition. Junior Section was won by 12th Chichester Scouts and the Senior Section was won by Viking ESU Team B. The presentations were made on the front steps of Stansted House on the afternoon.
