Your tracking had '24 hrs away' for days, like a hardcoded value. You couldn't tell me where the package actually was, for days. Person on chat did not gaf. The msgs you respond with were pre-canned and meaningless. Your phone number didnt provide the ability to speak with a human.

Ended up driving to depot, waited 30 minutes in room full of irate people to collect it. I've had parcels from EU arrive quicker.
