as far as the message behind the music, I think we all understand it, and if we didn’t, Beyoncé fans will make sure that we understand the message behind the music by the end of the album cycle. And so for me if the music is actually good, if I enjoy the music, then I will engage with the message behind it. It all starts with a good song.. But as far as my personal beliefs and my personal acts of protest or where i fall politically and socially it has nothing to do with Beyoncé‘s music and my level of enjoyment of Beyoncé’s music. I loved the message behind cowboy carter, and how Beyoncé wants to take back country music. however I put on the album and I listen to all the songs and by the end of it I knew that I would never on purpose, Listen to that album again because it’s not my cup of tea that’s all.
