What the Artemis II astronauts did over the last 10 days was a testament to their bravery. And the fact that they traveled farther from Earth than anyone ever has, re-entered our atmosphere at more than 24,000 mph, and splashed down safely was a testament to human ingenuity. Thanks to everyone at @NASA for making this mission possible, and for taking us along for the ride.

I don’t get the hype around Archer? Plays once a year, thinks he can bat and gets nothing, bowls all over the shop and goes round the ground! What does he give this @englandcricket team? #icct20worldcup2026 #ICCT20WORLDCUP #ICCMensT20WorldCup

#CrickIt | Sunil Gavaskar has drawn a sharp line between dominance and manufactured outrage. Reflecting on Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s magnificent century in the Under-19 World Cup final against England last week, the former India captain said it was the “real bullying”, and not the kind that “jaundiced people” imagine. Gavaskar’s remark was a pointed response to former England captain Nasser Hussain, who recently questioned the ICC and India amid the ongoing chaos over Pakistan’s threat to boycott the marquee T20 World Cup clash.
Sooryavanshi, just 14, smashed a blistering 175 off 80 balls, the highest individual score in a U19 World Cup final, as India piled up 411 and went on to reclaim the title with a commanding 100-run win. England responded with 311 in reply, but the contest had effectively been decided by the young Indian’s breathtaking assault.

@Artemizia_123 No need for paranoia when the respirator does its job.

Not only has SARS-CoV-2 not gone away, neither has influenza, RSV, Tuberculosis, Measles, Mpox, or Pertussis, to name a few.
Respirators work 😷

Jim Ratcliffe has just blatantly lied about the UK population saying -
"The UK has been colonised by immigrants"
"The population in 2020 was 58 million & now it's 70 million"
It was 58m in the year 2000
Pretty obvious he's backing Reform, lying like they do too

Nigel Farage is in the Epstein files.
People keep calling Reform a grassroots uprising like it bubbled up from the street on its own. It did not. It is the same old machine with a new paint job. Anger harvested then aimed and monetised.
Nigel Farage has openly aligned himself with Steve Bannon’s project for European right wing coordination. He was not shy about it. He publicly talked up Bannon’s efforts and the idea of a populist bloc in Europe.
Now the part people do not want to sit with.
Recent reporting based on DOJ released Epstein material describes exchanges between Steve Bannon and Jeffrey Epstein where Bannon talks about being pulled into the Brexit thing with Nigel Farage Boris Johnson and Jacob Rees Mogg and describes the country as a hot mess.
That matters because it cuts through the fantasy that this is just ordinary people having a moan. The messaging and the strategy and the international networking were being discussed at the level of political operatives and billionaire adjacent fixers. Bannon was not chatting to Epstein about Britain because he cared about British people. He was talking power and influence and movements and how to steer elections.
None of this claims Farage committed a crime. It does not need to. It shows proximity to a political ecosystem that treats elections like a playground for rich men. It shows the scaffolding behind the shouting. The flags are the theatre. The funding and the networks are the point.
So when Reform points at migrants and boats and trans people and whoever is convenient that week it is not because those are the root problems. It is because those are the easiest levers to pull while the same people keep getting richer and you keep getting poorer.
That is the truth people are refusing to face. Reform is not built for the British public. The British public are the raw material.

@jblniksandr @DrNeilStone Your jabs didn't stop transmission LOL 🤡
English

@DrNeilStone I love how the anti-vax mindset is negative extreme, where they think we presume they should drop dead instantly if they aren't vaccinated, not that unvaccinated they become risks and carriers for diseases that could increase risk for others.
English

True not all of the unvaccinated are dead
Millions are though.

@Iwontcalmdown @OfficialPDC True was clearly affected by the clown he was playing and somehow should have been able to rise above it, to have a player like Sujlivich playing still and hoping he loses is a shite indictment of the sport and not because he's a likable villain either
English

@OfficialPDC Weak from Cullen. Allowed himself to be wound up and taken out of his game. Littler would never have done that. Sure Suljovic played the game, but Cullen bought into it.
English

@RichardD00r @OfficialPDC And the PDC fanboys used to poke fun at the BDO, there's been some absolutely shocking matches and player standards at this year's WC's seems to have deteriorated massively
