I’m just begging to give-in to temptation. On the positive though, the Puff Puff smacked

They gave out free food, couldn’t resist since I was hungry and overate. The problem isn’t that I ate, but that my hunger led me to scarf down nonsense. Main learning lesson is to be careful going out on an empty stomach when I don’t control when I leave.

2 days ago I had a red day. Like most red days, because of bad eating choices. What’s interesting is it started off fine, drank coffee before church and planned on eating afterwards. Little did I know I’d be there for 6 hours.
