@yourfriendandy Capital is of better use in crypto right now with the upcoming bull run. My profit taking strategy will go into both real estate and btc mining. That’s what I call a win win!

@ChiefCrypto_ And maybe I WILL do both... but right now the R/R on RE isn't there for me. I'm not scared of RE, but I don't want that hassle in my life for the benefits it would provide. I don't like the trade-off.

4-6 properties that carry 100s of thousands of debt each. Plus everything that comes with being a landlord... just to make $600/month. I'll stick to crypto. I just bought a miner for $16K that currently makes over $1500 a month and will likely make way more in a few months.

@yourfriendandy You definitely get more cash on cash return with mining. Most of real estate returns come from tenants buying down your mortgage. I’m a CPA so the whole real estate side of things doesn’t scare me. My advice is do both if you can!
