It is AWESOME that @WOAH_DG both as a vet and a woman has been recognised in this way 👏👏👏.
Dr Emmanuelle Soubeyran@WOAH_DG

It is a tremendous honour to have made the 2025 TIME100 Health list. When I started on my journey to become a veterinarian, being on the TIME100 list was not on the cards. That’s not to say I didn’t have big ambitions, we all do. I didn’t know where that path would lead, but I followed it. Across the world, there are many of us who work quietly and tirelessly to improve animal health and welfare every day, often without recognition. And so, I am extremely humbled and grateful to see my name alongside so many inspiring health changemakers. But more than anything, it feels like a powerful recognition of something bigger than me: that animal health matters. And that it matters not just to veterinarians or farmers or pet owners, but to everyone. A decade ago, animal health was rarely part of the major health conversations. But today, I feel that tide turning. I’m elated that I get to contribute and witness this change. Animal health is everyone’s health, and we are better off recognising it. This moment is about every veterinarian, every animal health worker, every policymaker who has pushed for a more integrated, compassionate and forward-thinking approach to health. Thank you to @TIME for this honour. And thank you to all those working, often quietly and relentlessly, to protect animal lives, the human lives and the ecosystems intertwined with them. Let’s keep going. I invite you to read the piece: lnkd.in/epJ3ucQn #TIME100HEALTH #TIME100 #OneHealth @WOAH

A Strickley kitchen meeting with CVO @ChiefVetUK & and senior APHA team. Experiences, both good & bad, are there to learn from. Shaping future bTB policy from those learnings will improve decisions made for farms caught up in new outbreaks. A very worthwhile morning for all 🤝

Nessie has had their annual health check up successfully carried out this morning by @ChiefVetUK as I can't find chief vet Scotland, 😂. After tests were carried out they were given positive news with no illnessies to report.

Did you know there is an interactive TB statistics dashboard? We often receive enquires regarding statistical updates on bovine TB levels. There is an interactive bTB stats dashboard where you can see what the updates are at a county, regional and national level. @KingshayFarming
