Most projects lead with metrics and technical specs without answering the most important question in user acquisition. Why? Why should your target care about what you’re building? The typical web3 response goes something like: “its faster” or “its private” as if features are enough to move people. Utility mostly helps retain customers, but attracting them requires something more human: trust, fomo, safety, status/ego, curiosity, even fear, all emotions that drive value actions.
