🚨 WILDLIFE ABUSE SKELMERDALE Were your daughters down at Greenhill Community Centre? Again, people disgust me. Police report to follow. I’m absolutely disgusted to introduce one of today’s admissions, as he has been attacked by kids 😡 In the park at Greenhill Community Hub (Skelmerdale) three girls around 10-12 years old were observed throwing the hedgehog down the slide and also throwing him up in the air dropping to the floor, before deciding to bury him alive! 😠 What breaks my heart even more is that judging by his body temperature and the fact he has flystrike near his tail, it indicates to me that Hedgy was out during the day because he was feeling unwell. And instead of finding kind humans to help him, he was instead thrown around like a toy. What’s even worse is that if he was very unwell, he would not have been able to curl into a ball to defend himself. Spines also work as shock absorbers when they curl up, and without this protection who knows what damage these girls have caused. A young boy saw some of this cruelty and told his friend as he knew his friends mum would help. They walked to the park immediately and saw the girls walking/running away as they tended to the hoggie who they could see was still breathing under the soil in a plant pot. I’m beyond outraged, heartbroken, and disgusted by the actions of those girls. This will be a police matter; I will be filing a report tomorrow morning and I WILL push this as far as I can to find justice. Hedgy is on some nice painkillers, being warmed up in an incubator. I’m awake every two hours for the hoglet, so I will be keeping a very close eye on him and if he seems in pain (he’s out cold right now) I will take him to the emergency vet. Otherwise I’ll try and stabilise him overnight and take him for x-rays tomorrow at the Rescue’s normal vet surgery. I’m extremely grateful to the boys involved in getting Hedgy to safety and help 💜 PLEASE SHARE THIS POST so that hopefully any witnesses can contact me with further information. I will be contacting the Greenville Community Hub tomorrow to check for CCTV. It is not fair that an animal has been treated this way 💔 Haydock Hedgehog Helpers Rescue. #HaydockHedgehogHelpersRescue #HaydockHedgehogHelpers #hedgehog #wildanimals #skemersdale #wildlifecrime

@DaveLawrenceOnX @carla_denyer I'd say from the age of 11, ofcourse there will be kids that know which side they want to team with and which they don't from post 7yrs of age but in processing mode till into their teens. What is discussed needs to be on a "non biological mode" but on an emotional one @ pace.

My point is that I understand homosexual couples raising kids happens and there's nothing any government can do to stop it - that would be government overreach. However, teaching primary school children, who are being raised by heterosexual couples, about homosexual relationships is also government overreach imao. I won't change my mind on that. Leave it until they are at secondary school.

Live animal transport is cruel‼️. Calves are a by-product of the dairy industry and are therefore often taken from their mothers shortly after birth. They are then loaded onto metal trucks, where temperatures can either become extremely hot or cold, and the animals are kept in cramped conditions🚚. At their destination, they are fattened on poor-quality feed, only in most cases to be transported again 🚢 🔜. This time, they are shipped to North Africa or the Middle East on overcrowded vessels, where many of these young animals die as diseases spread rapidly due to the lack of space and unhygienic conditions, including forcing them to stand in their own manure. Many times, the dead are simply thrown overboard 💔 . Those who survive still face a cruel death at their destination. We are calling on Council of the European Union and the European Parliament to end this horrific trade.

🦏 Rhinos 1 vs Lions 0 🦁 This pair of #lions made a wise survival choice during a tense encounter with a trio of #rhinos.  In the harsh African bush, an injured lion is a vulnerable lion. Even the king knows when the risk is too great - an interesting inter-species encounter.

Isn't he stunning? 🤩 Fox Dad Bertie is on den den watch whilst mum Spring has gone looking for food. Nothing escapes his eagle eyes and helicopter ears and finely tuned nose when he is protecting his young from possible intruders. 👁 I adore the tiny white star on his black chest. He is such a looker. What do you love about Bertie? 🦊 I am incredibly grateful that I was able to treat him for lung worm when he was very poorly and coughing nonstop. 🙏🐾 #fox #cemeteryfoxes #foxes #foxfamily #wildlife

🚨 FAMILY LEFT DEVASTATED AFTER BELOVED CAT PUT DOWN BY RSPCA HOURS AFTER GOING MISSING A Kent family say they were left horrified after their 19-year-old cat was euthanised just hours after disappearing from home despite being microchipped and described by relatives as a much-loved family pet receiving ongoing care. Gizzy, a tortoiseshell cat who had lived with Gareth Knowler and his family in East Malling since she was a kitten, vanished from the garden at around 1.30pm before being picked up by a neighbour and taken to an RSPCA centre in nearby Leybourne. According to the family, the neighbour was assured Gizzy would be held for seven days while attempts were made to contact her owners. Wanting to be certain, she reportedly checked again later and received the same reassurance. Instead, Gizzy was transferred to Meopham Veterinary Hospital, where veterinary notes described her as emaciated, open-mouth breathing and “likely” to have been a stray for some time. By shortly after 5pm, Gizzy was dead. Gareth’s wife Lucy contacted the practice expecting to arrange collection, only to be told the elderly cat had already been euthanised on welfare grounds. “She was on the phone hoping to say, ‘can we come and get her’,” Gareth said. “And then they turn around and say they killed her, put her down on welfare grounds. “She was just here. I’d just seen her. My cat was home at lunchtime. By teatime she was dead.” The family strongly dispute the assessment that Gizzy was neglected or abandoned, saying her frail appearance reflected her age and recent illness rather than poor care. They believe the stress of being transported first to the RSPCA and then to the veterinary hospital may also have contributed to her breathing difficulties. Gareth said photographs taken the previous day showed Gizzy settled comfortably at home with the family she had spent nearly two decades with. The cat held deep sentimental value within the household. Gizzy was born on the couple’s son Daniel’s second birthday and remained part of the family through childhood and adulthood alike. Her death has had a severe emotional impact on the household, with Gareth saying their daughter Joycie was so distressed she required medical support the following day. “My cat was microchipped,” he said. “I thought the microchip was there to save cats from being put down. People out there need to know that microchips don't mean anything. They didn’t even ask about a medical history or anything like that. Nothing was done.” The RSPCA said attempts were made to contact Gizzy’s registered owners before the decision was taken. A spokesperson for the charity said: “This is a very sad case and we really feel for Gizzy’s owners. However, at nearly 19 years old and clearly in pain and discomfort, the decision to euthanise Gizzy on welfare grounds was made by an independent vet who decided this was the kindest thing to do to prevent any further suffering.” Gizzy has since been cremated and her ashes returned home to the family she had lived with since kittenhood.

@cvjonardi_j @Elizabeth_Ruler @_Aloominati_ It isn't just blood thirsty nation, for there are those from most nations across all continents that pay for the so-called privilege in trophy hunting. Its a shame that there is not an international law that makes them such murderers (unarmed) fair game for wildlife offspring
