I am furious and utterly disgusted. On the day tickets went on sale, I was stuck on a plane all day long. I had no choice but to beg strangers to help me buy tickets, and I even paid 140% of the original price for them. The concert being canceled already left me devastated and broken. But I never imagined the company would treat Malaysian FOHAs like this. Our dignity, our feelings, and our sincere love for those nine boys have been completely disrespected and trampled on.

@Chilamitu I forgot you will be watching in Malaysia. When I was about to book my flight & hotel last week, I asked Malaysian FOHAs for help. The next day when I was about to book based on their tips, concert got cancelled. I can only imagine how heartbroken they must’ve been.

My choice of words may not have been perfect, and I in no way intend to trivialize the war. I know all nine of them are wonderful, cute boys. But the way the company has handled this situation has made me furious. As a fan and a consumer, I feel completely disrespected by this company.

I don’t understand why something that could have been done any day in April had to be scheduled on April 11th—the exact day the concert was cancelled. In doing this, FNF has not only deeply let down local Malaysian FOHA, but also betrayed international fans who had already purchased flights to be there. I understand the concert could not proceed due to the fuel crisis and the ongoing war, but holding a fansign in another location on the very same day—what is the meaning of this? Can you please show basic respect to Malaysian fans? I am not even a local, yet I am incredibly, incredibly disappointed by the company’s actions. I can only imagine how Malaysian FOHA must feel—disrespected, hurt, and heartbroken over their cancelled concert. If your company is really this desperate for money, then I sincerely hope you shut down for good. You are all completely out of your minds.
