Girls from 100 villages joined the Kishori Awareness Mela to learn, grow and lead. They participated in sessions on health, child marriage, safety and rights, learning that shapes confidence and informed decisions. The Swabhimaan Project continues to support adolescent girls from remote villages in Rajasthan access health, education, safety and opportunities with dignity and confidence.

We are grateful to be recognised by the Andhra Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (@APSACS2020) on the eve of World AIDS Day. ChildFund India, a partner for the Link Workers Scheme (LWS) Project received the award for ‘valuable partnership and dedicated contribution towards the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS’. Our Anantapur LWS district team also received the best implementation state award for “Dedicated Services towards PLHIV (People Living with HIV)” Presented by Honourable Health Minister Mr. Satya Kumar Yadav, @satyakumar_y @OfficeOfSKY this recognition reflects the impact of strong partnerships in improving awareness and continuity of services for communities affected by HIV with dignity and care.

#TheGivingFest returned for its second event, this time in Junnar. Children received school kits that will support their daily learning, confidence and participation in school. A meaningful Children’s Month collaboration. We hosted 'Design for a Dream' with Astra Studios, a creative session where employees painted savings pots and wrote encouraging messages for children in ChildFund India program. The activity offered employees a mindful moment, while contributing messages that can strengthen a child’s confidence and learning journey. These savings pots will reach children in our programs.
