In a recently reported case, the Judge took the unusual step to write to the children, explaining in a child centred way, how he reached his decision; including highlighting that they have been listened to. The contents are a helpful message to both the parents and the children.

CLP are supporting local foodbanks this Christmas. Staff have been collecting items which have now been delivered to the @TrussellTrust foodbanks in Basingstoke and Portsmouth and the @salvationarmyuk foodbank in Guildford.

Highlighting the fantastic work of the @SupportTCourt charity providing help and support for people navigating the court process without a lawyer, at many courts and on their national helpline.
