@jguptallb Basic failure of the system, if the judge is on leave or pp is on leave. It can be published online by 9 am saving everyone time to travel to court. But no, it's a system built on harassment that pushes people into settlement. Why would they do it ?

When you go all prepared for an argument and your associate comes and tells you, "Judge is on Leave"

People are outraging over the judgment without even reading the case. Husband didn't claim adultery first. He filed divorce on grounds of desertion. Children aren't born during the period of desertion. Children aren't even asking for maintenance from him. Court said that DNA can't be just asked randomly without any strong reason of non cohabitation. Husband did not adduce any other evidence in this case. It is required

In fact, if sentencing were equal between the sexes, they would need many more women’s prisons worldwide.
