Atul Subash named 6 people in his final note. His wife Nikita Singhania. Her mother Nisha Singhania. Her brother Anurag Singhania. Her uncle Sushil Singhania. Judge Rita Kaushik. Jaunpur Family Court. Court clerk Peshkar Madhav. In December 2025 the Magistrate found prima facie evidence against 3 accused. Case transferred to Sessions Court Bengaluru for trial. We are now in March 2026. The trial has not concluded. His son is still growing up without a father. Justice is still due. 🙏🇮🇳

@pbhushan1 Everyday parents are ruled out of children's life based on a narrative, tutoring of the children. This country fails to be fair, just to these children in the name of optics or fake sensitivity, not much can be expected from such a system.

Can a man be jailed just because his wife is asked to live with family or help relatives? Delhi High Court calls out vague allegations and demolishes a 498A case built on exaggeration. Clear message: criminal law cannot be twisted to harass men after marriage fails. @jguptallb Basic failure of the system, if the judge is on leave or pp is on leave. It can be published online by 9 am saving everyone time to travel to court. But no, it's a system built on harassment that pushes people into settlement. Why would they do it ?

@dnfiofkdn People are systematically harassed in settlement. Let's not forget people want justice they agree to compromise for peace from harassment, peace doesn't mean justice.

@Fight_PAS_India @jguptallb At least one should be spiritually inquisitive if not proven faith to visit these places. If they are spiritually inquisitive or have faith their conduct will make it clear. To begin with no phones/ cameras, decent attire or behaviour that distracts the worshippers.

@ChildNoProperty @jguptallb Difference is at Indian religious places, there are constant prayers Unlike people visiting European church for its architecture, motifs, paintings it is done at the time when there are no prayers. Intelligible differentia is taught in law books as a concept, seldom exercised

@DeepikaBhardwaj @VikramArora20 I have been posting for more than 2 years judges are conducting the hearing without reading petitions/ objections. Why litigants have to file them if everything will be played by the ear? This is a low effort crowd, it is behaving as any low effort crowd would.

People are outraging over the judgment without even reading the case. Husband didn't claim adultery first. He filed divorce on grounds of desertion. Children aren't born during the period of desertion. Children aren't even asking for maintenance from him. Court said that DNA can't be just asked randomly without any strong reason of non cohabitation. Husband did not adduce any other evidence in this case. It is required

In High Court, wife neither appears nor appoints lawyer, yet judge threatens husband: 'Pay maintenance arrears or go to jail; won't hear your appeal.' Then why file an appeal at all? One-sided justice? #MaintenanceLaws #IndianCourts"@DeepikaBhardwaj

@JamesLNuzzo @dadmatters_uk Considering that women are rarely incarcerated for anything, those in prison must be the worst of the worst. I don’t believe those women should ever be let out on society. In fact, if sentencing were equal between the sexes, they would need many more women’s prisons worldwide.

Misandry is more common than misogyny. The reason it goes unnoticed is because it is so pervasive and normalised. It would have been huge media uproar had he said, " every Indian husband wants his kids to be smarter than his wife". Rather than being offended think about it.

498A conviction rate in India is under 15%. 85% families were innocent. But by then job is gone. Reputation is gone. Family is broken. No sorry. No compensation. We call this justice. 🇮🇳
