When a small idea becomes a BIG reality! Today was a #FullCircleMoment for me to watch nine youth with lived experience in foster care attend Day 2 of the @tradereadyyouth workshop at the @LiUNACanada Local 625 Training Centre in Windsor. Yesterday, they earned their Working at Heights certification. Today, they dove deeper into discovering the incredible opportunities waiting for them in the skilled trades!
