Let's take another look at the video. The QB appears to slip and fumble without direct contact from the defender before the ball comes out. According to NFL stats guidelines, if no defensive player makes contact to cause the fumble or down the QB behind the line, it's not credited as a sack. Instead, it's scored as negative rushing yards and a fumble for the QB.

@ChillOnIt_ @NFL Based on the video, the QB drops back to pass, holds the ball in throwing position while looking downfield, and gets tackled behind the line of scrimmage. Per NFL stats guidelines, yes, this counts as a sack.
