. Now that the Alonso era is official, it’s time to meet the brains behind the revolution. The tactics board is loaded, the specialists are in, and Chelsea didn’t just hire a manager… they assembled a whole football machine. Meet Alonso’s backroom staff — the men trusted to build the next monster at the Bridge. 👀🔥 1. Sebastian Parrilla - He is one of the most trusted members of Xabi Alonso’s coaching circle and has worked with him for years across multiple clubs. Quick Profile Full Name: Sebastian Parrilla Simion Date of Birth: October 17, 1977 Nationality: Argentine Place of Birth: La Plata, Argentina Role: Assistant Coach / Tactical Assistant Coaching Journey Parrilla has deep roots in the Real Madrid academy setup, where he spent over a decade developing young talents before linking up with Alonso. His career path includes: Real Madrid youth teams coach Assistant at Real Madrid Castilla Assistant to Xabi Alonso at Real Sociedad B Assistant to Alonso at Bayer Leverkusen Part of Alonso’s staff at Real Madrid What He’s Known For Tactical preparation and match analysis Strong player development background Calm presence behind the scenes Close understanding of Alonso’s positional play system Parrilla is seen as one of the brains behind the detailed tactical work in Alonso’s staff. Many players who worked under Alonso at Leverkusen praised the staff’s preparation and structure, with Parrilla heavily involved in that process. Connection With Alonso Their partnership goes back to Real Sociedad B, and since then they’ve moved together almost everywhere. That tells you how much trust Alonso has in him. He’s basically Alonso’s right-hand man in training sessions and tactical planning.. Please encourage by liking & RT while I work on the rest #cfc

Everybody is saying Enrique. But Enrique isn't much of an in-game manager. The best of them all is Ancelotti. Man is insanely underrated at reading the game and finding solutions. Enrique builds his team to dominate in every scenario they face. But when you find a way against him, he rarely finds a reply.
Vince™@Blue_Footy

For me, Xabi Alonso ranks among top 3 best in-game coaches in the world. I only put Ancelotti and Pep ahead of him at this point. It's one of the things I rate so highly about him. I believe, he was one of the main reasons Leverkusen went a season unbeaten in the Bundesliga. He turned around a lot of difficult games with subs and tactical tweaks.

Chelsea fans I just wanna tell you Joao Pedro would probably be on his way to world cup if you finish in a Champions league spot but you preferred to lose to Man City instead.

@Blue_Footy But those who needs the rest are never gonna get it the likes of Cucurella, Caicedo and Enzo. Moreover Vince winning WC is every player's wish. But how would you win it without participating. Well it's a win for us if we slice it your way. But still. I feel bad for the guy

That's not how top players react to disappointment. Instead, it should fire them up to prove a point. Modric had his best season at Spurs after Spurs denied him Chelsea move. But his form earned him Real Madrid move. Any player that sulks over such setback has a very poor mentality.

Listen, Joao Pedro and Andrey Santos were there for Brazil to pick, but they decided not to pick them. Why would I cry about what will eventually benefit my club? World Cup is a win-win situation for clubs. They want their key players to go, but no club or coach will cry over their key players having proper summer rest. Brazil's loss is Chelsea's gain. That's how I see it.

@pwnthepitch @Blue_Footy I'm sure you're a pessimist . Nothing but a pessimist and nothing makes you happy. You don't really like this Football club. Why don't you look at the positives. The moment they start doing what you've been clamouring for you start pushing crazy narratives. Work on yourself man.

@Blue_Footy McFarlane is a spy for clearlake and kinetic He has been put there to control xabi Alonso Your talking about clearlake tweaking their system Why have they given xabi Alonso the manager title themselves if xabi is a proper manager he should have demanded it What a waste man

There are Chelsea fans literally still arguing that Calum McFarlane shouldn't be part of Alonso's backroom staff. What the f*ck is wrong with you guys? The dude has done nothing wrong other than being good at his job, so much so that every manager wants to keep him. Oh, coaching qualifications? Does he coach with a piece of paper or his head? We shouldn't be discussing these things. Even if he came in as a cleaner but showed promise as a coach, use him as a coach. You want the best talent, not the best certificate. Remember André Villas-Boas's story. He was a regular who emailed Bobby Robson a tactical idea, and after reading it, Robson called him and made him an analyst without qualifications at Porto, and then advised him to pursue coaching courses. He rose from there and became Porto manager, then had one of Porto's best seasons in the Portuguese league. Who you are doesn't matter, what you can offer or deliver is what matters. I don't see the slightest reason why McFarlane shouldn't be an assistant, unless you are one of those carrying the Kinetic agenda on your head.
