This may not seem like a big deal, but today marks 1700 days of sobriety! In the past I used alcohol to try and ‘cope’ with my mental illness. Well, despite being very mentally unwell recently, I’ve remained sober!! 😊

4 years ago today, I was sectioned. I was depressed, suicidal, and had no hope things would ever improve… Fast forward to today - I spent my day at work doing a job I love, and am spending my evening surrounded by my favourite people. Safe to say, things got better!! 😃

@TimMcKenna01 We have a brilliant wine merchants in Shrewsbury @TannersWines, which is where I tried the Georgian wine. Will have to pop in and see what they have.

On the train to Tbilisi, with a drop of local wine for the journey. Unlike their Georgian neighbours who are the oldest wine producing nation in the world, the Armenians are relatively new to viniculture- they've only been making the stuff for 6000 years! High hopes for this 🇦🇲🍷
