Huge red flags for @newton_crypto, many customers complaining about support not responding over several days. It should not require a community manager to escalate. Newton should hire more support staff or risk losing customers.

Totally pissed! Last year I completed the vacant home tax form for my mom before the required deadline. Today she received a notice of assessment for vacant home declaring either it was not done or, the home is vacant. They are asking her to pay more than $1500.00 Anyone else?
