Not too fond of people that think the epitome of being an adult is to lack a playful/colorful personality. I think misery in adulthood has a lot to do with that belief. I know you had dreams and hobbies as a child. Get back to them

One of my least favourite things about growing older is all the experiences that harden your heart. I miss some of the naivety of youth.

Some people ask why, at 30+, we suddenly have so many hobbies such as running, pilates, hiking, tennis, padel, golf, etc. The thing is, not everyone was born privileged. Some of us spent our teens and early 20s grinding just to survive. Now we finally have a bit of time and resources to chase the hobbies we love.

What a privilege it is to afford a gym, buy healthy food, pay bills, have legs that walk, eyes that see, a brain that functions, work every day, and take our bodies to their full potential.
