From March 2 to 3, accompanied by Mme. LIN Hang, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy, Director General of Hunan Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Ms. Guo Ning paid a visit to Rwanda. During her trip, Ms. Guo called on Hon. Samuel Dusengiyumva, Mayor of Kigali City and Hon. Juliana Muganza, RDB Deputy CEO. Ms. Guo invited Rwandan government officials and enterprises to participate in the fifth China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo in summer of 2027, reaffirmed the readiness to work together and advance the cooperation in various sectors and explored sister-city relationship between Hunan and Kigali.
