This makes no sense. Marvel pays less? Marvel like 90% of film studios outsource their VFX to VFX companies like Dneg, MPC, etc. The salaries are dictated by those studios and not by Marvel. My salary is the same in the studio I'm working regardless if it's on a Marvel or not. 🧵
