Hot sauce is filled with sodium. Sodium raises your blood pressure. That impacts all kinds of things. Most black men have high blood pressure and need to lower their sodium intake. Hope that helps

@phillipdilling1 @bomb_shot @njrice2004 KC at 30 I could see if Mesidor doesn’t fall. They need someone to help Willis. Tyson is the best WR in this class but man I’m gun shy on those injuries. Bain has short arms and Mesidor is older. I think both will be there when we pick. I wouldn’t pass on that for nothing.

@PoupartNFL They probably should be more concerned with the fans. We’re Dolphins fans so we just want the basics. Play solid good football. We lost because they had more talent is acceptable. Penalties and turnovers are never acceptable.

@phillipdilling1 I have him slotted ballhawk/game changer. He has an Ed Reed vibe. You don’t need to be a top 10 defense to succeed. If you can create a lot of turnovers and you also get better when the lights are brightest then that’s championship football.
