High Stakes - Chip Mandalay retweetledi

This is why, by and large, I don't touch gloves at the start of a fight or round - cheap shots.
When they bring you to the center for the referee's final instructions, you have the option to touch gloves there, which means there's no need to do it again.
This constant touching of glove before rounds is something MMA people started doing, similar to say BJJ folks and that slap and dap thing they do constantly.
In boxing, you touch during the referee's last talk and the ref even says "touch gloves now, if you want to" In wrestling, you take the center, shake hands, and go. No shaking hands over and over again.
Touching gloves and slap and dap BJJ stuff is excessive and even seems mindless at this point. Just stop it. Get in the ring/mats and compete.
Cheap shotters like the chick above have no honor, so don't give them the opportunity.
