@JBook_37 Quality over quantity for high school aged recruits, use NIL to retain players, development, and then the portal to add key pieces has worked in the past. I trust it will again.

@JBook_37 It depends if you want quantity or quality. OSU has a 247 Sports average player ranking of 92.26, which is fifth in the country. I prefer that ranking then recruiting a bunch of lower ranked players so the total team points are higher. Then use the portal to fill in.

Long way to go until December for recruiting. Ohio State's recruiting class is on the brink of falling out of the top 10 for the first time since Ryan Day took over for Urban Meyer in 2019.

@JohnKrysinsky @pghsoccernow Bob & the staff know this, but with the exception of Albert Dikwa’s second season the inability to get meaningful chances in the final third has been the Hounds’ Achilles Heel. The whole is not too deep, yet. Lots of time exists to fix this issue to climb up the table.

Playing on a new turf which was baptized by hard rain storm, the results were the same for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC as they couldn’t generate any quality chances in the final third, eventually giving way to a pair of opportunistic second half North Carolina FC strikes, losing 2-0, before a crowd of 3,808 at Highmark Stadium on Saturday night.

@JBook_37 It hurt losing Simmons and McLaughlin, but 2025-26 OL will be more experienced because of their injuries with Hinzman, Luke Montgomery, Siereveld, and Tshabola getting more reps.

I often think about how good Ohio State's offensive line would have been down the stretch with a healthy Josh Simmons, Jackson playing next to him, and Remmington Award winner Seth McLaughlin at Center.

@Bcarp3 @AmericanAir The fuel contractor American Airlines uses, for that matter the only contractor at the airport for all airlines to use, likely forgot to put the fuel cap back on the tank. He’s a human being who made a mistake. A replacement cap is located in a central Parts Department 1/2

My flight on @AmericanAir was just delayed due to a missing fuel cap that will take 20 minutes to resolve First flight of the day… how is this possible?

Hounds add a legit, proven scorer. Augi Williams has scored at least 10 goals a season. Sierra Leone international with MLS experience is target forward who can draw defenders & open things up for Pittsburgh's attack which also brings back Bertin Jacquesson
