@CorreaisPapi @Seth_3773 That’s a different scenario than this video. How late matters and what other action is occurring? When doing the umpire training they run through all of these.

@CorreaisPapi @Seth_3773 At this point the ball has been caught by the catcher from the legal pitch, inside the catchers box, from this point forward the batter making contact with the catcher is batter interference.

@Seth_3773 Comment section is hilarious, watch any high level of baseball, the catcher never (and isn’t supposed to) go out in front of the plate. They always throw from behind the plate. At that point the batter swings and it becomes catcher interference.
