@Wizarab10 Was Morris doing those mobilisation out of genuine interest for a new Nigeria? From his resignation letter, the answer is NO. Peter Obi, I know, will not send your matter if he discovers you are doing it for personal political gain. People died fighting for the mandate ooo

When Morris resigned as Head of Mobilization, why did you not take up the mantle? That guy travelled everywhere in this country from his own pocket mobilising people. Take the position, spend your money and travel up north, rural south west, creeks in the south south to mobilise people. Your own is to sit in your house to press phone and talk nonsense.

Last year, I missed my period for two months straight. Barely sleeping. Constantly stressed. My mom said I should take a pregnancy test just to be safe. So I mentioned it to my husband. Before I could even finish explaining, he said: “Then I’m doing a DNA test.” I just stared at him. I wasn’t pregnant. There wasn’t even the slightest chance I had cheated. But suspicion was the very first place his mind went. No “are you okay?” No comfort. Just accusation. That moment changed something in me. You can forgive a lot in marriage, but it’s hard to unhear the exact moment someone shows you they don’t trust you. We’ve been separated for months now. Sometimes I think about going back. Then I remember that moment and I don’t.

I don’t know why Obi always lives in a fool’s paradise. Other leaders of the party are proudly wearing party mufflers and projecting unity, but he alone is wearing a shirt branding himself as “President” and RMK as “VP,” while the supposed VP is dressed like a party leader. The imaginary presidential candidate is simply deceiving himself and living in a fantasy disconnected from political reality.

My best friend came back after 10 years abroad. We were in different cities, and I told my husband I wanted to go see her, but he refused. Because it had been so long since I saw my friend, I still traveled without telling him. When I arrived, I called him to let him know I was with her. He said nothing. Later that night, he sent me a message: “Go and pack your things from your parents’ house.” Now I’m genuinely asking, Is visiting a longtime friend enough reason for a husband to send his wife packing? What happens to forgiveness?? Because last I checked, a wife is not a child who needs permission to see her best friend. I chose loyalty to a friendship that survived a decade and an ocean. And now I’m being punished for it. What would you have done in my shoes? 👇🏽

STATEMENT FROM H E RT. HON EMEKA IHEDIOHA, CON. Over the last one year, we have consciously and consistently worked to build a coalition of well-meaning Nigerians under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Our purpose has been clear, to deliver good governance to the people of Nigeria and to build a nation that is accountable, inclusive, and prosperous. On Sunday, May 3, 2026, my brother, His Excellency Peter Obi, made the decision to move to the NDC in pursuit of his political aspirations. While I would have preferred that this ambition was pursued within the ADC, I recognize that in a democracy, every leader has the right to make political choices guided by conviction. I respect his decision and wish him well. We share a common aspiration for a better Nigeria, one that works for all and respects our diversity. This remains our collective goal, one that transcends political platforms. As a foundational member of the ADC coalition, I am fully conversant with the detailed and painstaking efforts that have brought us to where we are today. These efforts have been built on sacrifice, strategic alignment, and a clear vision for Nigeria’s future. After due consultation and reflection over the past 72 hours, I have chosen to remain in the African Democratic Congress at this time. I take deliberate political steps, and for now, I find no justification to turn my back on the ADC. We will continue to work towards the shared vision of a New Nigeria, same OBJECTIVES, different PLATFORMS. facebook.com/share/p/1KHBa3…

My leader @PeterObi, unfortunately this is where we part ways. My support for you was largely based on the efforts that I have seen from you in fighting for democratic, free, and fair elections. However, your pattern of resigning from political parties solely because of external pressure (PDP, LP, and now ADC) is uncharacteristic of a leader with the ability to fight for what is right. You cower in the face of pressure and you run for soft landing else where. This is not the type of leadership Nigeria needs given its dire situation, and certainly not the type of politics that we need going into 2027. My hate for Tinubu is bigger than my love for a better Nigeria at the moment. So I will align with whom I believe can end Tinubu. Best wishes.
Imran Muhammad@Imranmuhdz

BREAKING; Peter Obi Resigned from ADC Peter announced his departure from ADC. He said, “Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them. “However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building.”

This is crazy!!! I just moved into this estate two days ago.. Today a woman came to my flat to tell me about their "recognition fee" According to her, once a new tenant moves in, he or she is expected to pay the sum of ₦250,000 as "tenant recognition fee" The ₦250,000 will be used to buy drinks and gifts to officially welcome the tenant. Neither the agent or landlord told me this when I paid my rent.. So after paying the sum of ₦1,700,000 as rent fee, I will still have to pay hungry tenant another ₦250,000 I reported it to the agent and he said it's none of his business "they have rules, follow it" The self acclaimed estate vise president said I will be disassociated if I don't pay it.. Please what will you do if you are the one cause this is crazy!!..?? Is that how you people that are living in estate do? This is my first time moving into estate.. Somebody talk to me please....

A client almost broke me as a lawyer. Let me tell you this painful story. She was attacked by her landlord with a broken bottle. A very aggressive man. A simple misunderstanding turned violent. He came to her house to harass her, and it ended with a broken head that almost took her eye. Her husband called me late at night. I told them to rush her to the hospital immediately. They did. They took pictures and videos of the injury. The next day, I filed a petition. I got the man arrested. He was arraigned in court. I was watching the brief, supporting a police prosecutor we honestly did not trust. I handled the matter pro bono. Throughout the case, I kept calling them to remind them of court dates. I spent my own money on everything that needed to be done. I drove them to court in my own car. Not one kobo ever passed from them to me. Even the money for the petition and moving the matter to court came from my pocket. Then one day, as usual, I called to remind them of a court date. They promised they would be available. I got to court. The matter was called. Then the prosecutor stood up and told the court that the complainant had settled the matter out of court and was ready to withdraw the case. The shock? You can only find such in a movie scene. Like nnnnwaaaaaawaaaaaaa… that sound that follows sudden betrayal. It rang again and again in my head. I stood up and told the court I was not sure the prosecutor was talking about our matter. That maybe he was mixing things up. He wasn’t. He called my client forward. She confirmed it. She tendered a notice of withdrawal already written and filed. Lol. I f**king drove this woman and her husband to court that morning. It later came out that the man had paid them to withdraw the case. The prosecutor took his own and encouraged her to move on. And the lawyer who initiated the case, who pushed for justice with his own money, was never informed. After the court session, I took them back as usual. But the silence in the car was worse than that in the graveyard. I didn't utter a word, neither did they. I left them to their conscience... the one I thought they had.

"I traveled all the way from Lagos to Enugu, risked a night bus for DSS interview. That notice of interview came on Friday for Saturday next day interview. So the only option was a night journey. I finally arrived venue in the morning, went one corner to get changed. One can only imagine the crowd in met, that's for those that managed to attend. After the fulling all righteousness interview they conducted, I heard they took only 5 persons. And guess whose candidates were the five? The governor's candidate The Enugu State DSS directors candidate The three senators' candidates. So, even before the interview, they've already shared the chosen ones to themselves, but still allowed people risk their lives from far and wide. Nigeria is a crime scene. It's a structure of criminality. A country where the poor, the nobody can't dare apply for certain jobs, such country will always have crimes to deal with. It's self induced unsafe society. The system breed criminality. Basically, the people you call leaders, and appear in public with assumed prestige are just packaged thieves. They become personality by rouge corrupt manipulative rigged system, just for themselves and their families." ~Chris Idoko #NigeriaNews #DSS #recruitment #viralpost

After a gap of about five years, I visited Port Harcourt recently. A city that I had always described as a giant slum has now been transformed into a really nice city that I could see myself living in. Everyone I spoke with gave most of the credit to Nyesom Wike. I hope that Abuja too wears a new look soon and that cows and refuse will no longer have the right of way in the city centre.

“I lost my job in October last year, my husband never seemed bothered. He wasn’t even encouraging me to look for another job. Last month, I told him that since l'm home full time, we should let our house help go cos I can do all the house chores and take care of the kids as well. Ever since then he has been sending me links everyday and encouraging me to apply. I asked him why he's interested in me finding a job out of the blue. He says it's because he cares. I don't know if I'm overthinking, but I think my husband doesn't want our help to go back, now I look at her differently. I might be wrong but my husband's actions is fueling something inside me to believe there’s something going on between the two”

My customer raised her meatpie from ₦1,000 to ₦1,500 because of JAMB. Today she called me back. There's a big JAMB centre close to my house. Last week, the whole area was crowded with students. On Friday, I went to buy meatpie from her shop - right opposite the centre. She returned my money and said the price had gone up. I asked why. She gestured at the crowd casually. "See the crowd na." It didn't make sense to me. So just because of JAMB principalities and new powers coming to the area for a few days, I should pay additional 50% for same quality and quantity of meatpie? I asked her to sell at the normal rate and she jokingly refused. I didn't argue. I left. This afternoon, I walked past her store on my way to school runs. She called out to me with a melodious voice. "Madam, come and buy." I asked how much. "It's now the normal price. ₦1,000." I looked around sarcastically. I'm sure my face betrayed me as usual. 😂😂😂😂 JAMB had finished. The crowd was gone. Everywhere was quiet. JAMB students are traffic. I am a customer. She forgot the difference. Traffic passes through. Customers come back - or they don't. I laughed in Kiswahili. Has this ever happened to you? Did you go back or did you leave for good? ©Abigael Oyebola

I have thought about it and to be honest there’s nothing fun happening in marriage aside copulating to have kids. The real fun is in the dating stage. When you get married, the vacation/outings and all other funs come to an end. You become two individuals whose entire lives revolve solely around raising kids, nothing more. If you find your own person and you want to enjoy each other for life? Just date and travel the world till the end of your life. That marriage thing isn’t worth it.

Some men are not real 😂 This reminds me of the time I was on the phone with a man when I heard a knock on the door. I went to open it and it was the woman my sister hired to help with laundry and cleaning. She already knows what to do when she comes, so I didn’t have to say much. Then he asked who it was, and I told him it was the lady who helps us clean. This man said, “Oh, you people hire someone to do that?” I said yes. He then goes, “Why don’t you just do it yourselves?” I explained that my sister and I are busy and don’t always have the time. I mean, not like I can’t clean my house and all but we’re just busy most of the time and I don’t see why hiring someone is a problem. Tell me why this man now said, “If we were dating and you came to visit me, you would do chores.” I said, “Before you met me, weren’t you doing those things yourself? And why are you even asking? Do you want a partner or a maid?” Then I added, “If I can afford to make my own life easier, what makes you think I’ll come to your house and start working?” And honestly, it’s funny how some men get intimidated when a woman is comfortable and can afford convenience. Instead of seeing it as normal, it becomes a problem because it doesn’t fit into the role they’ve already created in their head. Because truly… some of you don’t want love, you want unpaid staff with emotional benefits 😂

But somehow it played on my husband’s bluetooth in the car this morning on full volume. He didn’t react. He Just drove in silence. When we got home he said quietly: I heard. No fight. No questions. Just that look. Now the house feels smaller and emptier, walls are closer. And I'm here waiting, for his next action Don't know if I should pack my bags.

'16 years ago, our housemaid found an abandoned baby, about six months old, on our doorstep. She immediately alerted us. We took the child in & spent nearly 9 months searching for his parents. We did everything humanly possible to find them so they could take their child back. We made community announcements and even radio broadcasts, but nobody came forward. Eventually, we reported the matter to the police. After months of contemplation, we decided to officially adopt him because we didn’t want him to grow up in an orphanage. We completed all the legal paperwork and welcomed him as our fourth child, as we already had three children of our own. We have been caring for this boy since he was an infant. There has never been any discrimination; we love him exactly like our biological children, and his siblings treat him as their own brother. Simply put, we all fell in love with him, and he truly became one of us. Now, after 16 years of raising him, sponsoring his education, and bonding as a family, his biological mother has suddenly appeared. Just as the boy is about to finish high school, she has spent the last three weeks pestering us to hand him over. She claims she is ready for a DNA test to prove he is hers. Almost every day, this Woman comes to cry at our doorstep. Last time, she even brought her pastor, who begged us to give the boy back. This morning, she came again, threatening to h"" rt herself if we do not return him within two weeks. She said that if anything happens to her, her bl'∅'d will be on our hands. My husband and I are devastated. We have bonded with this boy for sixteen years, and it is not easy to just let him go. We are in total shock and honestly do not know what to do at the moment '
