@BesuraTaansane After gulping down ghee laden upma, makkhan lassi at parsi dairy farm outlet road feels even more smoother 🙂

Gujarat has been miles ahead of others when it comes to makkhan type smooth roads. In the early 2000's when I would drive from Maharashtra to Gujarat one could easily tell we have crossed over at Talasari because the road quality would change from bumpy & potholed to smooth
Now Gujarat takes it to the next level with Green & Climate Resilient Roads set to take off 👏

THE GREAT INDIAN TOFFEE
While the world is is talking about Indian toffee MELODY 🍫
I wanted to share this excellent chocolate i found today and a story
81% Milk & Milk Solids
Sugar, Ghee, Butter
Tastes like eclairs, but the purest form when made with milk. Got it in my Akasa flight today ... Man it's amazing
Earlier this month, when I was in the LOT Polish lounge in Chicago, they had some amazing polish milk chocolates at the lounge. Pure milk and some sugar, tasted like heaven. Me and my colleague wondered why don't we get such things in India.
I just realized we get such things and even better in India, it's just that they are not in mass market.

I usually ignore spam calls flagged by Truecaller.
But the one time I answered a real estate caller and politely said “not interested”, I suddenly started getting calls from 10 other brokers and developers the same day.
Are they running some sort of “active number” exchange program that we don’t know about?

@Chirag360D Yes, but sugar is usually on the side now, so did not count that. We still have to count packaging, energy and everything

Not sure if Domino's will also follow suit and move from “100% Arabica” to a blended Robusta (nothing wrong with Robusta).
Burger King Café has already removed “100% Arabica” branding in stores.
Subway has quietly stepped away from pushing coffee.
Coffee is finally becoming the beverage of choice. Cafe Coffee Day tried to replace tea years ago — they started the movement, even if they didn’t finish it.
Now here’s the math:
7g shot (vs 9–18g standard)
No Brand Arabica at ~₹1200/kg → ~₹8 per cup
Milk at ~₹63/litre (Delhi wholesale) ~150ml per cup → ~₹9.5
Total raw cost per cappuccino ≈ ₹17–18
So ₹49–₹79 coffee is absolutely doable at scale.
The real play isn’t margin on coffee. It’s footfall, higher cart value, and retention.
Sell coffee right, and you don’t just sell coffee — you sell everything that follows.

Domino’s has come up with their first cafe concept - Cafe Domino’s Though the interiors are too underwhelming but I am very confused about the pricing strategy. Is this pricing feasible with the current coffee prices? People who are into coffee business can shed some light?

I recently spoke to a Head of Growth at a brand doing $50M+ in revenue.
He told me +50% of their winning ads were made by people they've never met.
No agency or contractor. One marketing assistant is finding, briefing, & scaling these creator programs through a system most brands haven’t scaled yet.
Today, their ROAS and % of new web visitors have never been higher.
So I asked him to break down the operational blueprint behind how they run it:
He sent me this guide with everything brands need to know about the UGC system:
— How Meta and TikTok's new algo rewards embedded creative signals
— The exact org design behind high-growth UGC programs
— The specific hooks and landers that convert
Reply with "UGC" and I'll DM you the guide.

Hi manufacturing guys,
How to motivate people in the production team and machines oprators. So they can start thinking bigger goals and make a highly productive environment on the production floor.
I mean, you just can't read a good quote in front of them. its very different from someone working in front of a screen.
