Some Rario users aren’t getting the expected clarity on their issues through official mail. @rariohq kindly address these issues swiftly and respond more actively during this withdrawal phase. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟏 (𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠_𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨_𝟓𝟐𝟑) @Bishnoisunil62 hasn’t received a withdrawal in his correct bank account for months now. He has sent several emails regarding it and has been assured multiple times. His PAN card number remains the same and KYC is done. But he isn’t able to add his bank account. Give clarity to him on how it can be resolved. While most users have their withdrawals, the issues of some users remain unaddressed. Apart front 2 mentioned Id’s, additionally (𝐫𝐞𝐝_𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰_𝟐𝟗𝟗) He also has issues adding his bank account. @rariohq, If there is a technical or procedural difficulty around some issues, then communicate it properly to the concerned user so that he can wait patiently. @Abhi_crickt The team is working on the tickets. The issues need to be thoroughly checked for the right solutions. Only a few users are facing the problems, which will be resolved soon.

𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒔, should I put this entire amount as an initial investment to create something similar to how we envisioned Rario rather than how it turned out? Despite all the regulations & taxation involved, a dynamic gaming platform is truly possible. It’s just that @rariohq & even its closest competitor @0xFanCraze use gaming as a customer acquisition tool while their real model is collectables/ moments and other services. Rario and FanCraze are inspired by @NBATopShot and @Sorare, hence aren't able to pivot under slightly different regulations in India.
