This is a great tool.i once used with a client at home but there R practical difficulties to secure like his wife was very protective of her furniture. I saw somewhere a mini version of this tool but can't find it now..Anne will be interesting to know how it helps with reps.

Hi Anne, We were given very useful sheets when we did our training on Estim.I also tend to make programmes myself when it's very specific to the client. You can message me separately if that helps.

@louiseclark15 This is a lovely chart;explains well however this needs joint integrated approach of OT, physio and many more in view of positioning,stretches,splinting,medication,IM ,surgical ,nursing ie TVN in severe cases,sleep systems.Spasticity in itself is a debilitating effect post stroke

#UKSF24 need some OT input on this flowchart!!!! We have great knowledge, skills and input in this field too!!!
