GG to LAT The positives was closing out the search despite LAT making some good adjustments. Map 3 we started off slow and fought our way back into it with a few goalline stops Hardpoint is a clear pain point and we are working on it OT. Map 4 actually had well worked breaks but terrible step 2. 1-1 for the week and we have 2 more matches to go.

HP is the mode that has the biggest difference from League to challengers, the league is infinitely faster in decision making. The short answer to how you fix that, is reps. Conditional reps where the players are learning day in day out vs the best and theres only a limited amount of reps you can get per day. It's the mode that is going to take the biggest amount of time imo. However, you can see the maps aren't blowouts. Theres key moments to take wins. The reality is when you try and teach someone to change what is second nature, it gets worse before it gets better, you second guess yourself and reps is the only way to turn that new (better play) into second nature / fast decision making. S&D needs to be our lock and is the mode that you can get wins on very quickly, which shows in our matches and Overload is the mode that has the biggest upside, swing mode and everyone is more or less on even playing field when it comes to learning the mode and adapting to meta changes, it's a brand new mode. Which is why Overload was a clear focus for the week.

GG to both VAN & BOS. We had a hard focus on Overload this week and it's good that we closed those out despite not being at the races for a large majority of both maps. SND was not to the level of previous weeks and how we looked in practice so more improvements to be made.
