@SimonCalder Hi do you have to complete a plf form to enter finland? We are going to lapland on Monday.I cant find information online. All I can find is just uk plf for return with day 2 tests if 2x fully vaccinated adults.thanks

@thechokerstory @tylerireland11 The number goes through to a main office. You can't get in touch direct with offices unless they call you as far as I'm aware x

@HM_Passport They've said that different checks take longer to come back and they can't give an answer as to what or why. If you sent off a passport that had around 6mths in date I would check again as tracker was withdrawn due to giving misinformation!All been rectified now. I got mine back

@HM_Passport Your Phone lines have waits of 60mins plus, my passport application has been with you for 8 weeks, and your emails aren’t responded to for weeks on end! You have ALL necessary documents. HOW are we supposed to contact you I need this to travel urgently. customer service is awful

@jodie_marshment @HM_Passport You have to send a letter advising youd like the old one back. Sign date and put ref no and you want to withdraw application. We travel Thursday and I've done mine today. the tracker has even wrongly advising people!

@RebeccaHarrisMP I have been trying to get my sons old passport back from @HM_Passport since Friday after I was wrongly told to renew by the government tracker. Not getting anywhere fast and we fly on Friday. Can you help please? I'm begging you!

@HM_Passport Why has no one been told there are 2 systems, old one takes 10 weeks new one 7 days. Applications not dealt with by date received. Atrocious service
