.@VirginMediaIE it's now 26 days without internet. I was promised a call back yesterday with an update on the escalation with the network team and haven't heard anything. The lack of updates and customer service is an absolute disgrace.

@VirginMediaIE I haven't had the internet since I started my contract on Sept 29th. I've just taken 2 days off of work to wait for your technician who didn't come. The bill has arrived though. How is this acceptable???

@lidl_ireland .@lidl_ireland I appreciate it's an Ireland law, but as custodians of the reverse vending machine it's your responsibility to provide the service. There's no reason why I shouldn't be able to bring the bottles back to the till to get my deposit back as instructed by the machine.

.@lidl_ireland 3 other people were turned away from the machine when I arrived. "Machine is broken". No ETA for maintenance, nothing. Just deal with it AGAIN.

4 Years ago today....Brainfood Marathon 24 hour livestream. Amazing effort from so many people - both behind the scenes and on camera. Crowdcast live viewer count stopped working there were so many viewing. Wonderful response to the community for a major crisis at the time. I hope we don't need something similar but if / when we do, I know we can count on the community to step up!
