Nocturne's clear being delayed means that he hits his lvl 6 powerspike later and he can't impact the map properly as quickly Lee Sin's clear being delayed means that he can't hit lvl 4 and start snowballing with his super juicy base stats as a strong early game jungler Both junglers are relatively happy with handshaking the clear speed delay, and as a result you get something like this that looks pretty damn goofy
