“#RIASEC themes change over time, kids own this - we are just walking with their journey.” No labeling or tracking… things coaches/Ts must remember. Until they self report, coaches can feel trapped & kids feel boxed in. Open the door to the dialogic method. @ConnectTheWork

Teachers, want to take something off your plate? Put HW in the trash, especially for elementary grades. Let students go home to run, play, and enjoy being a child. And read a little after playing. Then they come to school recharged instead of stressed out and you will too!

Thankful and honored to receive this Emmy 🏆🎉 It was for a story about 2 young girls battling alopecia who came together over the game of lacrosse who are so proud of who they are. We could all learn something from them. What a night. Congrats to all 🎉
