AT HOME FITNESS TEST 1min Release burpees 30sec rest 1min Push-ups 30sec rest 1min Air squats 30sec rest 1min Sit-up’s 30sec rest 1min mountain climbers Count/total your reps for each exercise. That is how you will compare each time you resit this fitness test. 💪

Having healthy skin can be difficult when you’re busy, sweating it out in the gym, going to bed late, getting up early and being outdoors in the Australian sun. Things I like to do to look after my skin are; •drinking plenty of water (stay hydrated)… bit.ly/2Kp7Sd7
