Weekend work ! Pleased to report we now have a horn! Lads doing some sterling work on 69

Watch out, Choppers about! The #Class20 still maintains regular mainline use in the UK, despite being built between 1957-1968. Four examples of these veteran workhorses have been out and about today with very different jobs. #Romic owned and @railadventureen leased 20007 & 20205 worked a mixture of Rail Adventure barrier vehicles as 6O30 York North Yard to Dollands Moor Sidings. @balfourbeatty pair 20142 'Sir John Betjeman' & 20189 were utilised on a crane move as 6J08 London Gateway Port Line 2 to Ashford Crane Depot.

Another days work done. All going in the right direction.

We are pleased to report full weatherproofing has now been installed on 069 😀

Well the conclusion is that batteries are well past their best well knackered actually!, hence the reason we needed a jump start !, so we are now looking at our first big purchase. Our little Chopper 69 needs 8 of these babies ! Should last us a fair few years. Onwards we go.
