DAOs are not an answer they're a question.
Whenever someone says: could a DAO be used for XYZ? They're talking about applying what's often a highly dysfunctional governance system based on direct/representative democracy by token holders (i.e. DAOs 1.0).
The question should be more, how can XYZ be governed in a more decentralised, autonomous, and organised way? Or even better, in a way that serves it's stakeholders (i.e. not captured)
