Filling in for @RiotPhroxzon this patch. This patch is largely about shifting away from "ADCs in every lane" by systemically addressing the strongest ADC systems, similar to last patch. Senna is being adjusted to be better alongside an ADC, less so mages/tanks.

@RiotPhreak @RiotPhroxzon I like these changes but are there any plans to make towers a bit tankier? Right now with grubs they feel way too squishy. I’m mostly talking about the tier 2 towers. Also are there any plans to nerf Kogmaw/Smolder because they are clearly too strong at higher levels of play

The whole reason Smolder is balanced in SoloQ is that players around you have not played the game when Twitch was a meta adc. As long as this champ has some setup on the team he’s unbeatable. Riot needs to rework him and think about what they can do to make this champ less lame.
