@tarkovarena Screw dorms fix bullet/plate damage shyt is a lil ridiculous being one tapped in tier 5 plates by anything on arena. Whatever 762x51 round ya got for bolts take that shyt out. One tapped to thorax in main game is fine but in arena it’s dogshit!

How would you like to see Dorms implemented in Arena?

@tarkov Love how this little events are with bosses and beefed up scav, but we need more of em even if it’s just the simple moving of a boss to another map and making em 100% spawn for a week and shit.

The in-game event in #EscapefromTarkov has concluded. Ref thinks his territorial claims are now clear, and the Arena cleanup crew has left Factory. Scav access to the location and transits are once again available.

PMC activity on Factory is significant, and establishing control over the location is proceeding slower than planned. Ref is not happy with the cleanup crew's progress and is sending reinforcements. The in-game event in #EscapefromTarkov is extended until May 5, 4:00 PM BST / 11:00 AM EST.

What do you guys think about this? One map a week. Has a modified lobby. It costs 300k to enter (think like labs cards or something). The selected map has multiple bosses on 100% spawn, one time of day selection, no transition extracts, NO insurance, NO PLAYER SCAVS, increased locked rooms loot pools, increased airdrop loot pools, and increased XP rewards. Lore could easily be added to this cycle to explain it, and community tasks could be used to determine the map each week.

@tarkovarena Also when crashing and rejoining ya lose all task progress and rewards for that match as if ya didn’t play it at all 🤣

@Lappland9714 @tarkovarena To great heights, starting from freshly wiped account yesterday I completed 1 then completed 2 and when I claimed 2 it gave the #1 again and now it won’t complete. 7hours playing and doing ref quests on main and arena and it still is there lol

@LVNDMARK_tv @nikgeneburn Best part after getting em all you still need to complete ref quests to get the adapter plate to be able to use the reflex sights in game ya also need to be max ref in game to be able to buy all the parts you just purchased in arena. Yea shit makes total sense

We have installed a technical update for #EscapefromTarkov. The game will not be stopped, but on updated servers, raid time may be reduced to 10 minutes. Please download the update via the launcher. ● Fixed an issue where players could not hand in an item for a task if it was in player's backpack during a local raid in the PvE Zone; ● Fixed an issue where players could not stash the Bottle of Fierce Hatchling moonshine inside the secret secure hideout on Interchange. As part of the fix, the timer for using the exit has been increased to 90 seconds.

@nikgeneburn Any insight on why only these “sealed boxes” are in the small locked crates from event? Didn’t know it was ending so just opened a bunch I had and nothing but contraband boxes and sealed boxes which say I can open on wb but not seeing it.

@nikgeneburn Any chance we can reset a storyline that is bugged? I can’t progress on Batya it’s been stuck on search the outpost by the mall for 3 months. Two of the 5 items won’t spawn so I can finish it.

@nikgeneburn Any chance the story line Batya is getting worked on? Been stuck on a known bug with gnezdo outpost for months now and can’t finish it.

- seasonal character, PvE prestige is planned later after Q2 (in Q3) - matching times being addressed at this moment - anticheat stuff is being added almost every single patch -pretty big optimization part is that culling system rework in Q2 patch, also vegetation rework related to optimization -EoD unique clothing and armband is planned in Q2 patch (maybe earlier) -Icebreaker event moved to Q2, cause it's really big event, needs to have more testing and fixes -FSR4 in plans
