@Ahlfeldt @MilenaAlmagro There has been an attempt by Marcato & Tong (2023, JREFE) to estimate the office supply elasticity, but have not read the paper, so can’t comment on whether these estimates are well identified/reliable. Estimating supply price elasticities for commercial space is tricky.

@MilenaAlmagro if they exist, @ChrisALHilber will know (given that the cost of height is somewhat smaller for commercial buildings, the supply price elasticity should be slightly larger, I guess)
