Another sneaky peek at Bazaar Meats by José Andrés set to open Sept 4 at Palazzo. Huge slabs of meat already aging in the coolers in the dining room. New awning going up on the patio so perhaps there will be patio dining. It appears an entrance will be at the bottom of the escalators to the valet and ride share. Check the comments for more pics.

@VitalVegas @HorseshoeVegas One of my favorite steakhouses. Bar staff is amazing. Nobody knows the place exists - tucked into a corner that everyone just walks past and doesn't see. Almost zero marketing.
They've been doing these closures every few months, but agree that it's telling.

@VitalVegas It's getting ridiculous. Was at Harrah's bar a week or so ago. $100 in the machine, doing $4 bets, Diamond Plus card in the machine. Bartender refused to comp a drink. I left.
It's not about paying for a drink. It's about the guest experience as a loyal gambler.
