I have enormous confidence in AMC and the 2026/2027 box office. So today, using my own money, I bought 250,000 more AMC shares personally, at market price. I now own outright 2,437,020 AMC shares, raising the total where I have an economic interest to 12,322,429 AMC shares* It actually can be very hard for a CEO of a public company to buy shares. You have to clear having possession of any material non public information, sort out implications of any ongoing debt and equity transactions, and not be in a quiet period before when earnings will be announced. I was finally in a position to buy even more AMC shares today, and I did. As I said, I have great confidence in AMC’s future. So, again today, I put my money where my mouth is. This brings my holdings up to 12.3 million shares* of AMC common stock. My understanding is that I have been, and now even more so I remain, AMC’s biggest individual retail investor. I should probably mention that I have not sold even a single share of AMC stock since January of 2022, more than four years ago. So I'm know of surprised toh. I thought the big @AMCbiggums fud piece would be later on to try to price anchor or something. Not now toh. And I'm not claiming he's spitting no facts here.
If the last 5 years you have not learned to do your own dd, dig for truth, discern, process, critically think then sadly you need to grow up. You hold the steering wheel to your investment.
Just like I now do for anybody with larger influence, I look for people to build trust, to tickle ears, to blend in. Then at some point sadly flip you into fud. Like the frog that starts in a cool pot of water that somebody ignites the stove. The temperature slowly boils to the point that the frog never reacts.
It just cooks to death.
I've learned to dig and discern. Learned to take emotions 100% out of my decisions.
I've learned when to bark, when to shut up and when to note take.
Well let's address Biggums past. He joined X in June 2021 (very sus) but I know he will say he was on other plattorms betore deciding to jump over to X. Ok.... Well he's set up narratives for 5 years that the institutions were trapped. His most famous was ISDA phase 6 was the end game. Well nothing happened and he continued to throw some deep dd deep dives. To the point I questioned who or if somebody was feeding him the info (see my last sentence in the second to last paragraph for further head scratching).
Then he was buddies with know $AMC haters like Collin Gladman, sometimes Bronx Viking, and Randall Cornet (sp.) amongst others. Like if you have big money invested in #AMC why would you comment along and share people bashing your investment??
Next we have him numerous times trying to tell us to revolt. Imo it was to make us emotional and look like rebellious trash.
Another thing is ask yourselt how did he get over 100k followers. If organically cool but tag this info on top of what I'm throwing down.
In this video he's saying in his opinion no more retail short squeezes and retail is screwed. BUT he still said unless we get moass. Why did he speak that still into existence?? Imo was it if he said no short squeeze and no moass then he would lose his all or any of his influence. Again this is my opinion.
Lastly he even threw out briefly for us to maybe vote @CEOAdam out of CEO. And if he's a super brilliant dd researcher ask yourself why does he type like a 1st grader....
Is it to make us look dumb??
Now I'm sure he's going to bash me and block me now and that's cool but remember this, I have always been cordial, forgiving, tried to be humble. So I will not get in a debate or pissing contest. The choice for you is not biggums, not me or anybody else. It is and always has been about independent retail investors seeking for worldly improvement.
