Cabang resmi dari London, baru buka di Jakarta. Burger & Lobster, Plaza Indonesia. Seperti nama restorannya, kalau ke sini ya pesan burger dan lobster. Boleh lah masuk top 10 burger enak Jakarta. Beef patty dan lobster-nya terasa fresh dan seasoning-nya pas.

Double-Double - Mogul Burger, SCBD Park. Ini lebih ke fresh food, bukan fast food. Mesti nyobain sendiri untuk definisiin “seger” nya. Dagingnya pakai US Prime Beef dengan bumbu minimalis dan terasa juicy! Sentuhan mustard sama caramelized onionnya… beeeh! Berkesan banget 🤤

Parks America $PRKA had their first conference call with Geoff Gannon as CEO today. 1. Geoff is the general manager in Aggieland. He said a giraffe bit him while he was feeding it. 2. Reverse stock split not happening anytime soon. 3. Using Parks America as an investment vehicle is not in the cards in the next 12 to 24 months. First need profitability and/or sales of the 2 unprofitable parks. Dividends and buybacks. Once house is in order then he can decide what to do long term. In conclusion sounds like investors will have to give it a 1-2 year timeframe to really see some tangible results and have profits returned to shareholders. After that it’s anyone’s guess as to whether it’s used as an investment vehicle or not. For most of July it traded at a market cap of $32 million. A good amount of progress needs to be made for this company to be worth that.

And one day, you can use this to make money in investing. One day, son.
