@_piccone If the penguins had started their better goalie from the start this series would probably be over.

@BSDtweet Somebody is gonna have to play the NIT with every major team getting into the tournament.

Potentially big news for Penn State basketball as the NCAA tournament will likely expand to 76 teams. This means the Nittany Lions will move from "not a tournament team" to "still not a tournament team" for most years.

Sources: The NCAA has initiated the final steps to expand the men’s and women’s NCAA basketball tournaments to 76 teams. The expansion is on track to be formalized in the upcoming weeks, with mid-May as the target. The 76-team tournaments begin next year. espn.com/mens-college-b…

Why the fuck didn’t Dante Moore declare
talk ball@blackgodwayne
Ty Simpson going top 15 mean any Qb that’s eligible should declare in 2027 no joke
English

@Ashby8771 @Ywolok And he acted like he was shot. That’s literally the definition of embellishment. If you don’t think he deserved a penalty then you are definitely saying he deserved a pass.
English

@Ywolok No Penguins fan thinks he deserves a pass. What are we doing here?
He got hit in the face with a stick. We aren’t asking for special treatment just because he’s a legend of the game.
English

This explains why Pens fans are pissed…they think Crosby gets a pass…
Just like they thought the #Flyers would let them win. Because the league deemed them better without knowing the Flyers roster.
Can’t believe they thought this was a good take…
English

@PghDaRen @gorski_lion Hating is the biggest form of respect.
English

@ChrisBashore @gorski_lion We hate Ovie, but when Pittsburgh thought it was his last game in Pittsburgh they gave him a standing ovation. Philly is the one place I don't see that happening for Sid. Hell, Philly even cheered for Mario.
English

This is extremely pathetic. Penguins fans, what’s your excuse?
Philly Sports Sufferer@mccrystal_alex
Today we mourn a massive loss in the hockey community… Sidney Crosby has died at the age of 38 after getting lightly tapped by a hockey stick Prayers up 🙏
English

@PghDaRen @gorski_lion If he was respected anyone who saw the dive tonight should have lost it. He looked like a soccer player lying on the ice looking like he’d been shot.
English

@ChrisBashore @gorski_lion Early in his career? I agree with you. Since he started winning cups? Not at all. He's actually respected throughout the league. Again, except in Philly, which is fine. That's why it's a rivalry.
English

@PghDaRen @gorski_lion He is the face of the league. But I guarantee you that fans in other cities besides Philly think he’s a flopper too.
English

@ChrisBashore @gorski_lion Yeah in Philly. Started with Hitchcock calling him a whiner after his first ever game in Philly...got his teeth knocked out then scored the OT winner. Has been the narrative there ever since. He's only been the face of the league for 20 years, except in Philly.
English

@PghDaRen @gorski_lion I’ve been watching his whole career as a flyers fan. I would put flopping as one of the top 5 things he’s known for.
English

@PghDaRen @gorski_lion True, which makes it all the more pathetic that he resorts to diving more than most players.
English

@ChrisBashore @gorski_lion Well, he's done something right. Three cups, gold medals, Harts, Conn Smythes, etc. Not having a good series but has killed Philly in his career.
English

@PghDaRen @gorski_lion When you let a player do this for 20 years they’re gonna keep doing it.
English

@gorski_lion It was definitely on purpose. First embellishment call of his career. Top 5 player ever.
English

@jicemaswag @MichkovMuse39 That play by Sid literally debunked the whole hockey players are tougher than other athletes idea. He looked like LeBron.

@BenWaisnora I appreciate the cubs taking the lead so the flyers could start winning again.

@BackPorchScott And that was with two other future hall of famers, right?
English

@ChrisBashore 1 game I believe. They beat OKC 4-1 right?? Loll!!
