@BenRiensche Still running as of now, throws code randomly. Gets within 5% of target value, throws code then gets where it needs to be and code goes away. Electric actuators were bad but I think hydraulics are worse for failure.

@BenRiensche You cant just buy the turbo actuator now, have to buy the whole turbo. Dealing with that now on a turbo with less than 200 hours on a spreader. We put it on mid season last year. 10 days out of warranty. See what happens.

What is your average acres planted on a good day?

@FabianWierczoch What i have been hearing, corn seed sales are up 5% year over year.

A lot of corn put option buying at the 420 strike the last days. I still have the hunch we might visit the round number of 400, but should be range bound 420-450 after that. Also, like last year, the focus will switch soon to spring planting acreage again. Most expect it to drop by 4-5m acres to 94/95m. Very rough calculation below, but with 95m acres, 184bpa yield and unchanged demand the SnD would show a deficit. Yeees Captain Obvious, feed demand too high, yield too high/low, exports, blablabla... it's just a first look...chill

The first time I heard about a place in Iowa bringing $17,000 an acre, everyone said the buyers were crazy and we would never see that happening again in our lifetime. That wasn’t very long ago.
