8 months ago I had my 2nd hip replaced. I could’ve taken it easy and made excuses (as most do sadly) but instead I welcomed the challenge after I discovered the power of Gratitude Walks. Starting my day with gratitude and visualization is such a mental advantage! 🧠

1000 Days in a Row! I don’t think I’ve done any positive habit 100 days in a row, much less 1000. 🤯 The positive benefits from starting my day with a Gratitude Walk cannot be overstated. - Mental clarity - Convo with God - Visualization of my upcoming day - Physical health What started as a PT exercise after hip replacement has forever changed my life. 🙏🏻 I’m still taking my social media hiatus but I wanted to jump back on and share this milestone with so many of you that have been a part of this journey. The streak continues tomorrow and for as long as God allows me to keep showing up! 👊🏻

Seamus took me for a good walked and yesterday walked more than usual even though still cold. Today is recovery day, I worked out with extra enthusiasm yesterday because it was my last gym day of the year. Perhaps I can do the same tomorrow since it is the first gym day of the year.
