@SkySportsF1 No one likes a race to finish on a safety car. Especially a championship deciding race.that is the situation that was given.crash with 5 laps to go, difficult place to recover. They can’t decide to either ignore the rules or change them to give try and force excitement

@SkySportsF1 I’m out. FIA embarrassed themselves today but changing the rules in the race. I’m not a Max or Lewis fan. But to have a championship decided this way is not great for the sport.

@ChrisGiles06 @SkySportsF1 Their easy option would have been to hand Max a 5 second penalty. If they have broken their own rules I’m not sure how this ends. What a poor call by Masi. If he’s have followed what’s happened all season and allowed all cars to unlap themselves he’s not in this mess.
