Any federal university that wants to grow and stay relevant in years will take their eyes away from government fund and channel energy into producing great students who will give back. Oau management is treating students anyhow, lol.

The management of Oau is short sighted. As a federal uni, the government can't fund you in a way that makes you scale this is why most federal unis are not improving, you need other sources..students & alumni... These are the students you're treating anyhow, they'll never forget

In Africa (Nigeria specifically) we like to beat confidence out of the little ones. You beat out the confidence & boldness in the ones that you have been given responsibility to steward towards actually becoming something.

Its a people problem. The students are to blame as much as the government. Remove the students here, take them to Norway, renovate this place, put Norwegian/Japanese students here then check back after 6 months. Norwegian University will be like this while this one wouldn't.

@GOlarinade They just form coalitions and switch allegiances, rebrand. And one of the thing that does is that it gives no room for diversity of thoughts and ideologies. They now have to think alike because they are in the same party. No freshness or newness whatsoever

Your Excellency @SenRemiTinubu, we appreciate the CNG bus initiative, but it has not been favorable to the generality of Great Ife students. Within just 17 days, transport fares have doubled and even tripled, despite initial assurances that costs would be minimal.
