Hey Yotes. A small speech from me if I may. I know Saturday we are all geared up for a big time football game, as we should be. The tailgate lots are gonna open at 9am and it's game on. But if I may be so bold as to ask a favor, I'd like for you to make a point to get into the SCSC and watch @SDCoyotesVB take on Kansas City- Where they will be honoring the lone senior @FarrisKamryn. If in the last 4 years you've watched more than a point or two of Yote volleyball you've seen Kam do her thing. She's as reliable as they come on the vb court. But she has also been a tremendous ambassador of the VB program, the athletic dept as a whole and of USD. I can't think of anyone more deserving of a big time senior game experience than Kam. The match starts at 11 and should end in plenty of time to get back out and pregame the football game a bit more. I know they are offering discounted tickets if you show your fb ticket. I can't make ya, but I hope you do. 11am. I hope to see ya in there. #GoYotes

I served as Athletic Director at Mount Marty University during a time of big decisions, and none were bigger than the choice to add football. It wasn’t easy. It was controversial. But from the beginning, I believed it was the right move; for the university, for the student experience, and for the future of Lancer Athletics. Today, seeing the score against highly ranked Northwesterrn, I’m filled with pride. Not just because of the result on the field, but because of everything it represents. The progress, the hard work, the belief, and the growth of a program that has come so far in such a short time. Go Lancers!!!
